毛孩离世后的处理步骤

当毛孩离开后，您可能一时不知道该怎么办。以下几个步骤，可以帮助您先把毛孩安置好，也让我们更快为您安排后续服务。

1. 尽快联系我们
毛孩离世后，请第一时间联系我们，并告诉我们毛孩的情况、体型及所在地点，我们会协助您安排接下来的步骤。

2. 先将毛孩安置在冷气房内
如果毛孩刚刚离世，请尽快将毛孩安置在一个干净、凉爽的房间，并开启冷气，让室内保持低温，尽量减缓遗体变化。

3. 请在24小时内安排送达
为了让毛孩能够被妥善安置，我们建议并要求在离世后的 24小时内 将毛孩送到我们这里。若已经超过24小时，请先联系我们说明情况，我们会根据遗体状况再作安排。

4. 也可以安排上门接送
如果您不方便亲自送来，我们可以安排上门接送。
以上门地点从 Klang Bukit Tinggi 为起点，雪隆区上门接送统一加收 RM100。

5. 星期日或公共假期服务安排
若接送或火化安排落在星期日或公共假期，将加收 RM150 假日服务费，以配合火化场于非一般工作日的额外收费。

6. 集体火化前需签署同意书
选择集体火化配套的主人，需要在安排火化前签署同意书。

请特别留意：集体火化并非独立火化，毛孩会与其他毛孩一同进行火化。毛孩一旦送往火化后，将无法再领取个别骨灰，也无法更改为领取骨灰的配套。

What to Do After Your Pet Passes Away

When your beloved pet passes away, you may feel unsure about what to do next. The steps below will help you care for your pet properly while we arrange the next part of the journey.

1. Contact us as soon as possible
Once your pet has passed away, please contact us and let us know your pet’s condition, size, and location. We will guide you through the next steps.

2. Keep your pet in a cool, air-conditioned room
If your pet has just passed away, please place them in a clean and cool room and turn on the air conditioning. Keeping the room cool helps slow down changes to the body.

3. Please arrange delivery within 24 hours
To ensure your pet can be properly cared for, we require your pet to be brought to us within 24 hours after passing. If more than 24 hours have passed, please contact us first and let us know the situation. We will advise you based on the condition of the body.

4. Home collection is available
If you are unable to bring your pet to us personally, we can arrange home collection.

For locations within the Klang Valley, home collection is charged at a flat rate of RM100, calculated from Bukit Tinggi, Klang as the starting point.

5. Sunday & Public Holiday Service Arrangements
If pick-up or cremation services are arranged on a Sunday or public holiday, an additional RM150 holiday service fee will apply to cover the crematorium’s extra charges for non-standard operating days.

6. A consent form is required for communal cremation
Pet owners who choose the communal cremation package will be required to sign a consent form before the cremation is arranged.

Please note that communal cremation is not an individual cremation. Your pet will be cremated together with other pets. Once your pet has been sent for cremation, individual ashes cannot be returned, and the service cannot be changed to an ashes-return package.
