当毛孩离开后，您可能一时不知道该怎么办。以下几个步骤，可以帮助您先把毛孩安置好，也让我们更快为您安排后续服务。
When your beloved pet passes away, you may feel unsure about what to do next. The following steps will help you care for your pet properly while allowing us to arrange the next part of the service as quickly as possible.

1. 尽快联系我们 Contact Us as Soon as Possible

毛孩离世后，请第一时间联系我们，并告诉我们毛孩的情况、体型及所在地点，我们会协助您安排接下来的步骤。

Once your pet has passed away, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know your pet’s condition, size, and location. We will guide you through the next steps.

2. 先将毛孩安置在冷气房内 Keep Your Pet in an Air-Conditioned Room

如果毛孩刚刚离世，请尽快将毛孩安置在一个干净、凉爽的房间，并开启冷气，让室内保持低温，尽量减缓遗体变化。
If your pet has just passed away, please place them in a clean and cool room as soon as possible and turn on the air conditioning. Keeping the room cool can help slow down changes to the body.

3. 请在24小时内安排送达 Please Arrange Delivery Within 24 Hours

为了让毛孩能够被妥善安置，我们建议并要求在离世后的 24小时内 将毛孩送到我们这里。若已经超过24小时，请先联系我们说明情况，我们会根据遗体状况再作安排。
To ensure that your pet can be properly cared for, we require your pet to be brought to us within 24 hours after passing. If more than 24 hours have passed, please contact us first and let us know the situation. We will advise you based on the condition of the body.

4. 也可以安排上门接送 Home Pick-Up Service Is Available

如果您不方便亲自送来，我们也可以为您安排上门接送服务。
If you are unable to bring your pet to us personally, we can also arrange a home pick-up service.

接送范围以 Klang Bukit Tinggi 为起点，30KM以内可免费安排接送；超过30KM的地区，将统一收取 RM100接送费。
Our pick-up service is calculated from Klang Bukit Tinggi as the starting point. Free pick-up is available within 30KM. For locations beyond 30KM, a flat RM100 pick-up fee will apply.

5. 星期日或公共假期火化附加费 Sunday & Public Holiday Cremation Surcharge

若接送或火化服务安排落在星期日或公共假期，将额外收取 RM150 假日服务费。
If the pick-up or cremation service falls on a Sunday or public holiday, an additional RM150 holiday service fee will apply.
